"New Brooklyn" wins Best Picture at DIFF!

"New Brooklyn" was selected as Best Narrative Feature at the Digital International Film Festival this past April 29, 2010. We are so pleased by the news and want to thank everyone at DIFF for supporting the film. This is our second Best Picture Award and it wouldn't have been possible without the amazing cast and crew of the film.

My Krystle Warren Music Video

Forgot to post this Music Video. Shot it for the amazing Krystle Warren and her boomingly rich vocals.

Exceptional edit by Alison Shurman and great animation by Nick Vranizan. Brought to you by BecauseMusic and Super Job Productions.

Enjoy:

New Episode of GDC with Clara, Pizza.

This is my grandmother, Clara Cannucciari's favorite meal. When I was young she and my grandfather would make it for dinner when I visited. Every night there would be a different topping, but her favorite was fresh mozzarella, anchovies and fresh basil.

The Grio

My African documentary about Phyllis Keino of Lewa Childrens home, has been featured on the Grio.

TheGrio.com is the first video-centric news community site devoted to providing African Americans with stories and perspectives that appeal to them but are underrepresented in existing national news outlets. TheGrio features aggregated and original video packages, news articles, and blogs on topics from breaking news, politics, health, business, and entertainment, which concern its niche audience.

I am extremely happy to have Phyllis on this excellent site.
